Your daily role

Reporting to the Sales Directorate - Food Service Canada and as an account manager, you act as a sales representative for Nortera with distributors, chain accounts, industrial accounts and users for your assigned territory (East of Quebec).

 

THE ROLE:

  • Maintain business relationships with the company's current customers;
  • Develop new business opportunities, with customers (distributors, chain and industrial accounts) in the assigned territory;
  • Negotiate, under the supervision of the sales director, contractual agreements;
  • Participate in our clients' various sales shows (planning, assembly, presence, monitoring);
  • Manage complaints with the help of our Customer Service department;
  • Participate in the various lunches/dinners/presentations organized by our clients (planning, assembly, attendance, follow-up);
  • Assist distributors in training their sales representatives as well as users;
  • Perform any administrative task related to the position (e.g.: sales reports, quotes & discounts, etc.).

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, or combination of relevant training/experience;
  • Autonomy;
  • Sense of organization and structure;
  • Teamwork;
  • Very good knowledge of the food service industry;
  • Agility in a changing environment;
  • Chef training, an asset;
  • Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken);
  • Good knowledge of the Windows environment (word, excel) and Google.
