Under the responsibility of the Senior Sales Director, Canada Food Service, your main responsibilities will be to ensure that all the administrative, analytical and support functions of the team work effectively in order to meet the strategic objectives of the team and Nortera.

As an analyst, you will be a key member of the sales team and will work in close collaboration with the other members of the team.

The role:

  • Support the team in its daily activities with customers to help achieve our strategic goals;
  • Work in close collaboration with the account management team so that marketing tools (bookings, sales reports, business review, inventory report, market analysis, etc.) are optimal and updated;
  • Monitor the levels of service in real time and communicate to sales the causes of shortages and dates of storing stock;
  • Collaborate with sales and the demand planning team to ensure that forecasts are aligned with the early demand for customers;
  • Monitor and validate the execution of promotions by customers for future analyzes;
  • Manage the merger of deductions and work to resolve the differences;
  • If necessary, attend customer meetings with account managers to provide support.

Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • University or college diploma;
  • Excellent IT, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • A great concern for detail and rigor;
  • Excellent skills with oral and written communication;
  • French/English bilingualism (exchanges with colleagues and customers in Canada and United States);
  • Master of the Google suite, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to ensure the connection with customers/partners and all levels of the organization professionally;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Capacity to anticipate and initiate.
