relating to the global remuneration manager and as a global compensation advisor/advisor, you will be responsible for the management of annual processes managed by the global remuneration team, both in Canada and in the United States, as well as project management and initiatives.

You will play a advice role with our internal customers, mainly human resources business partners and act as a reference for team members as part of various projects and activities.

The role:

With the help of global remuneration specialists, you will be responsible, with a limited supervision of the manager, to manage and coordinate the projects below:

Global remuneration (60%)

  • Manage annual wage revisions (employees and schedules);
  • Manage short-term and long-term bonus programs, for all employee groups;
  • Make job assessment and approve salary recommendations;
  • Coordinate participation in relevant wage surveys, and do data analyzes (Canada and US);
  • Collaborate in the end -of -year processes (validation of taxable advantages for employees with a pet vehicle, health assessments, health management accounts, equivalence factors ...);
  • Manage the RĂ©cituration RĂ©cu Assurances and rate renewal campaign (Canada only);
  • Manage the pay equity process (5 years).

Project management (20%)

  • Participate or manage, depending on the type of projects, various projects and initiatives of the global remuneration team linked to direct remuneration, pension plan and collective insurance, such as:
  • Implementation of new Sirh tools;
  • Improvement of remuneration processes and programs;
  • Supplier changes;
  • Communication and education concerning these programs.

coaching and reference (20%)

  • Act as a resource person to human resources and managers in relation to issues related to remuneration, pension plans and benefits;
  • Act as a reference to global remuneration specialists;
  • Participate in the development of members of the global remuneration team.

Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience relevant in remuneration and benefits, ideally in an international company;
  • University degree (baccalaureate) in actuarial, administration, human resources or any other field in connection with the position;
  • Large capacity for analysis and synthesis;
  • Excellent mastery of the Office suite (advanced level in Excel), Sirh, Google Suite;
  • Relational ease;
  • Excellent skills in written and oral communication at all levels of the organization;
  • Show initiative, autonomy;
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, being rigorous;
  • Perfectly bilingual French/English both oral and written (employees in Canada and US).
