Your daily role
Reporting to the Regional project leader and the EAM Business Process Manager, the intern will use his/her technical knowledge to understand the real needs of the business to provide technical support on a wide range of topics. He/she will support the site maintenance team and the EAM operational standardization team in managing change and optimizing the high impact Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The intern will also receive training on maintenance best practices and incorporate them into his/her work.
THE ROLE:
- Participate in the optimization of the CMMS;
- Gather all necessary information to build efficient preventive work orders;
- Train the super-users;
- Participate in the parameterization of maintenance plans in EAM system;
- Realize the import documents of all the technical documentation of the site.
- Participate in the creation of maintenance process audit tools.
Your profile
Demonstrates good interpersonal skills;
Bachelor's student in Industrial or mechanical engineering;
Relevant experience with CMMS is an asset.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, knowledge of Spanish and French would be assets;
Knowledge of Office/Google tools;
The tasks assigned will be appropriate to the level of the internship;
Training will be provided to learn all tasks;
Full time internship of 40 hours/week and an ideal duration of 4 to 8 months.
