under the factory director, the holder will be responsible for the development and the improvement of health and safety practices at the Bedford factory

The role:

• Coordinate the health and safety management system, including the prevention program and ensure the monitoring of actions and the update;
• Organize and follow up on SST training, such as rescuers, enclosed space, bridge, etc.
• Compile the data from the various accident registers and participate in certain SST projects that result from it;
• Works for means to raise awareness and mobilize all employees about accident prevention in order to reduce the risk of accidents and reach the zero goal;
• Complete incident/accident surveys and share recommendations
• Participate in the implementation of corrective measures.

Profile:

• College diploma in hygiene, health and safety at work or in a related field;
• 1 to 3 years of relevant health safety at work;
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, an asset;
• Good control of IT tools and the Google suite;
• bilingualism (French and English), Spanish, an asset;
