Relating from the production foreman, the holder of this function must ensure the proper functioning of sterilization equipment (autoclaves).

your daily role:

• Program the autoclaves following the sterilization scales established according to the format and the product;
• Monitor the filling of the autoclaves according to the different cooking in order to respect the quantities required of canned cans;
• Check the temperature, pressure and vapor during the sterilization process (loading, cooking, half cooking, ventilation and unloading);
• Check the contents of the autoclaves so that once emptied, there are no more canneders and recover those still there;
• Complete the sterilization register for each cooking in order to monitor the temperature and sterilization time and notify quality control in the event of extraordinary sterilization.
