Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing - National Brands and as Marketing Director, you develop the growth strategy for the national brands Del Monte and Arctic Gardens across all distribution channels, implement action plans and manage the brand identity.

You ensure the effective execution of action plans, the proper management of the product portfolio, the consistency of the range and the quality of communication.

THE ROLE:

  • Develop a growth strategy aligned with the brand identity and the ambitions of the organization;
  • Identify and create product development platforms and concepts in line with the brands' growth strategy;
  • Manage and find new sub-licensing opportunities for the Del Monte brand;
  • Present, promote and defend commercial and customer marketing programs;
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and brand profitability, recommending action plans necessary for brand growth;
  • Lead and analyze qualitative and quantitative consumer research necessary for effective brand development.

PROFILE:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience;
  • University degree in business administration, specializing in marketing or related field;
  • Experience in product development and commercial/customer marketing;
  • Excellent project management skills;
  • Perfectly bilingual French/English (clients and colleagues across North America);
  • Excellent communication skills, mastery of oral and multimedia presentations;
  • Strategic vision;
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and build consensus;
  • Intuitive, creative and pragmatic mind, solution-oriented;
  • Autonomy and strong sense of initiative;
  • Rigour, attention to detail, curiosity and empathy;
  • Assets: social media management, search, category management and mastery of Google Workspace tools.
