Under the responsibility of the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing/ National Brand, and as Director of National Accounts, you are responsible for the management and growth of the brand sales portfolio for Nortera.
The role:
- Execute and check/adjust strategic plans regularly in order to obtain the necessary results to achieve the annual budget;
- Follow sales/market performance in order to identify the possibilities of maximizing the position and growth of Nortera products;
- Negotiate annual commitments in terms of price and volume between Nortera and customers;
- Maintain and strengthen existing business relations through the different levels and departments within the assigned accounts;
- Provide, budget and plan the annual volume objectives by region, brand and technology;
- Collaborate with the supply chain in the development of monthly, quarterly and annual volume forecasts;
- Analyze commercial trends and formulate recommendations on strategies to increase sales and profits from the national brand;
- Meet/maintain regular contact with category managers to ensure that the annual plans and objectives are achieved;
- Effective and efficiently manage commercial expenses;
- Work in close collaboration with the category development team and implement category management initiatives in order to capitalize on promotional and underdeveloped brand opportunities;
- Be a main contact point for the staff of the supply chain and the logistics of retailers;
- focus on keeping customers in stock by working closely with customer service, shipping and logistics teams;
- Manage and report on all the financial aspects related to business management with assigned accounts;
- Work in close collaboration with the Credit and Customer Accounts Service to maintain up -to -date accounts and resolve deductions;
- Communicate to the Senior Director of Sales and Marketing of the National Mark, any important question relating to the development or underdevelopment of accounts.
Profile:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role;
- Baccalaureate in trade or any other combination of diploma and relevant experience;
- General knowledge and skills in the use of internal and external software platforms;
- Good oral communication and written in French and English (customers across Canada);
- At least 5 years of experience in the sale of consumer products;
- Recognized ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers; span>
- Very organized and capable of managing multiple projects.
