Under the authority of the Regional Director of Engineering Quebec, the post holder will be responsible, the management of all aspects of the exploitation of the wastewater treatment plant located in Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu and the Saint-Césaire factory.

The role:

  • Direct and manage operations of the wastewater treatment plant, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Strategically manage the team to resolve operational challenges and improve processes control and maintenance efficiency.
  • Test the treatment phases directly and adjust the parameters for increased efficiency.
  • Mettlely supervise operational reports, budgets and optimize resource allocation for fixed assets.
  • Promote strategic collaborations with external partners, waste flow management and the implementation of sustainable improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with security programs and regulatory standards.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies and ensure an effective connection with stakeholders.

Profile:

  • An experience in water or wastewater treatment is required.
  • Master of the use of the computer, Microsoft Office and the editorial staff of emails.
  • Baccalaureate or higher diploma, must hold a diploma in environmental engineering or science (environmental sciences, chemistry, biological sciences or mathematics)
  • Management and leadership skills.
