Pay range: : $130,000 USD  to $145,000 USD 

You'll invest the majority of your time in these key areas:  

  • Manage and grow customer relationships by providing ongoing support, sales reporting, and presentations while identifying new business opportunities within the defined account base.
  • Lead sales planning and execution, including forecasting, budgeting, pricing negotiations, and achieving volume targets across National Brand and Private Label portfolios.
  • Track market trends and product performance through regular store visits, new product development, and collaboration with category managers to maximize distribution and meet strategic goals.

Your profile:

  • +5 years of experience managing major national retail accounts, preferably within the U.S. grocery sector.
  • Proven success in developing and growing sales with key retailers, ideally with Costco.
  • Strong background in Private Label programs, ideally within the frozen food category.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting, budgeting, and delivering results against annual targets.
  • Proficiency in forecasting, analytics, communication (verbal/written), and tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and G Suite.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and limited support resources
  • Home-based role with 50% travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus.
