In addition to the Director of Global Compensation and HR services and working in close collaboration with the IT team, you act as manager for all the projects related to the HRSS (pay, time management, etc.).

You are responsible for healthy data management, training, continuous support of users, optimization of existing systems and the deployment of new features in accordance with the policies of the 15 sites of Nortera.

The role:

  • Coordinates and participates in the establishment of new human resources systems, modules or functionalities, in collaboration with the various teams involved (HR, TI, Pay, Finance), and provides communications linked to these different projects;
  • manages, supervises and motivates the staff under his management, all by ensuring their development;
  • Actively participates in the development, optimization and updating of HR dashboards and various analytics requests;
  • Designs training programs and work procedures, and acts as a resource person;
  • Works in close collaboration with the various external suppliers in order to ensure a good pairing of systems with internal policies. Is also responsible for technological watch.
  • In collaboration with the IT team, ensures data security/systems updates and ensures the accuracy and integrity of the data;
  • Actively participates in the development, optimization and update of HR dashboards;
  • Participate in various initiatives and projects aimed at using HR data.

your profile:

  • 10 years of relevant experience in the field;
  • University degree in human resources management or related field;
  • Master of French and English (oral and written);
  • Advanced master's degree in the MS Office suite, mainly Excel;
  • Knowledge of time management systems, pay and HR (UKG an asset);
  • Ability with information systems and experience development experience;
  • Experience in project management and business analysis;
  • Sense of leadership;
  • Good critical, rigor and thoroughness;
  • Proactive attitude and sense of initiative;
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and good communication skills.
