Your daily role:
Safety & Compliance Management: Oversee facility safety, environmental, and security programs, including OSHA, EPA, PSM/RMP, and CFATS compliance; maintain safety dashboards and audit readiness.
Training & Development: Coordinate and conduct employee safety, security, and environmental training; maintain training records for audits and regulatory requirements.
Incident & Risk Management: Investigate accidents and workers’ compensation claims; perform root cause, risk, and ergonomic assessments; recommend corrective actions and improvements.
Team Leadership & Engagement: Lead Safety Committee and behavior-based safety initiatives; manage contractor safety, HazMat team, and emergency response drills.
Regulatory & Sustainability Reporting: Support corporate reporting on safety, environmental, and sustainability metrics; ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards
Your profile:
Experience & Education: 3–5 years in industrial safety and or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Safety Science, or related field.
Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, writing, and public speaking skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
Physical & Work Requirements: Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, perform various physical tasks, and work in office or manufacturing environments.
Flexibility: Must be available for off-shifts, weekends, or extended hours for safety events and training.
Pay range: $66,000 to $75,000 annually
