Your daily role

As a Document Translation intern, you will play a crucial role in translating our employee handbook to ensure that our policies and procedures are effectively communicated to all members of our team. This project-based internship will provide you with valuable experience in translation and localization.

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 8 to 10 weeks ( can align with school schedule) 
  • Hours: Flexible
  • Location: Hybrid 
  • Compensation: College Credit

Responsibilities:

  • Translate the employee handbook from English to Spanish with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the translated content is consistent with company policies and guidelines.
  • Review and edit translated materials as needed to maintain quality and clarity.

Your profile

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong written communication skills in both languages, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
