As an IT technical support supervisor, you are responsible for the management and coordination of the technical support team in Quebec and report to the Technical Support Manager. You will provide quality support to factories and ensure that all technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. You will be the main contact for IT tasks on the Quebec sites and will be responsible for managing priorities.
