Permanent position
NIGHT shift (Monday to Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. and Friday 3:00 p.m. to midnight)

Reporting to the Labeling Supervisor, the Mechanic Operator is mainly responsible for controlling and manipulating the Spectrum machine and the automatic wrapper. The job holder is responsible for making adjustments to the machine in the event of a malfunction or simply an adjustment.

YOUR DAILY ROLE:

• Ensure can codes match the labeled product
• Adjust equipment to maximize cadence;
• Participate in continuous improvement and carry out preventive maintenance;
• Repair any equipment related to the proper functioning of the line while taking into account the measures necessary for safe work;
• Carry out adjustments and installation of required line equipment;
• Maintain equipment (clean and grease its mechanism, as well as repair and weld parts when required);

YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• DEP in industrial mechanics or equivalent experience
• Have good physical condition
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to communicate in French/English
