Pay range: $24 - 27
What You'll Do:
- Supporting all production lines as needed
- Assisting with equipment changeovers
- Coaching and retraining operators
- Upholding and promoting all safety and GMP policies of Nortera Foods USA Inc.
- Encouraging a positive mindset and professional behavior among team members
- Ensuring machines operate at maximum efficiency and that operators remain focused on tasks.
You will bring the following to the business:
- Brings experience in manufacturing and packaging environments
- Skilled in teamwork, communication, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment
- Familiar with MXP and Bluebee systems
- Physically capable of meeting demanding job requirements, including heavy lifting and constant standing
- Able to work in varied environmental conditions such as dust, wet surfaces, temperature extremes, and exposure to chemicals
