Base salary
Your daily role
You'll invest the majority of your time in these key areas:
- Operational Maintenance Process: Develop job plans with a focus on safety, estimate labor hours, and identify necessary permits, materials, and costs for work orders.
- EAM Management: Maintain asset records, hierarchy, and spare parts list while ensuring accurate PM and inspection information is documented and updated.
- Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with vendors, supervisors, and relevant teams to schedule work, manage warranties, and address critical situations effectively.
Your profile
PROFILE:
- 3-5 years of industry-specific experience with knowledge of maintenance management software, preventive strategies, and technical skills relevant to the role.
- A Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electromechanical, or industrial engineering, or a technical diploma with equivalent experience ideal.
- Strong prioritization, decision-making, and data analysis skills with the ability to influence outcomes. Effective communicator with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Accountable, adaptable, and able to work in fast-paced, urgent environments with a flexible schedule when needed, normal hours at 7am to 3pm.
