As maintenance supervisor , you will ensure the reliability of the equipment, the planning of the work and the development of your team. You will also have a key role in optimization and operational excellence projects.

The role:

• Watch and motivate a team of mechanics, electromecanicians and electricians.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Manage improvement and automation projects.
• Promote best health and food quality practices.
• Actively contribute to initiatives of operational excellence.

Profile:

• DEC in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, mechanical or related domain (BAC An asset).
• 5 to 10 years of relevant maintenance experience, ideally supervision in food/manufacturer.
• Mobilizing leadership, rigor and results orientation.
• Mastering computer tools and a GMAO.
