Your daily role

Reporting to the Senior Director RGM and as a Market Intelligence Manager, you will play a vital role in understanding market dynamics to assess growth opportunities.


You will act as a thought leader, gathering and analyzing market data, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and highlighting growth opportunities for our business.


This role will focus on understanding and monitoring market trends, competitive intelligence, customer preferences and industry dynamics, enabling the sales team to identify growth opportunities .



  • Gathers and analyzes data from various sources, including syndicated data, customer portal data, market reports, industry publications, and internal data, to generate actionable insights;
  • Collaborates with sales and marketing to develop market strategies, product positioning, and pricing strategies based on market insights;
  • Prepares and presents reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate market insights and recommendations to key stakeholders;
  • Develop compelling and insightful sales stories that generate product, distribution, pricing and promotional opportunities for our company and our customers;
  • Monitors competing brands and manufacturers;
  • Contribute to Innovation by highlighting emerging trends and category white space opportunities, support with new product business case development and post launch tracking;
  • Ensure that insights are socialized within the organization;
  • Define best practices and MAPS (Marketing, Assortment, Pricing and Shelf) strategy for our categories;
  • Ensure the availability and integrity of consumer panel data (e.g. NielsenIQ) and client portals as well as optimal database segmentation.


Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in category management or account management in FMCG;
  • Bachelor's degree in administration/marketing or related field;
  • Advanced French and English, both oral and written;
  • Knowledge of Nielsen Connect/Byzzer as well as customer portals;
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills;
  • Great capacity for analysis and synthesis;
  • Rigorous and meticulous;
  • Ability to interpret data and benefit from it;
  • Proactive and team player;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
