Under the responsibility of the maintenance supervisor, the electromechanic takes care of the maintenance, installation and repair of various equipment and machines in the department.

YOUR DAILY ROLE:

• Participate in preventive maintenance according to an established schedule.
• Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair and assemble mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment on production lines and equipment related to the operation of the building.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical breakdowns and intervene on them with a sense of urgency.
• Understand what a grafcet is and know how to diagnose a problem related to an automated sequence.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of equipment. Propose solutions.
• Know how to use machine tools such as a lathe, milling machine, drill press, band saw, etc.
• Know how to weld with arc, mig and tig. Know how to use a blowtorch, bench grinder, portable grinder, etc.

YOUR PROFILE:

• 0 to 2 years of experience
• Hold a D.E.P. in industrial electromechanics
• Ability to work in a context of pressure (sense of urgency)
• Master PLCs (process controls) and relay controls (asset)
• Attendance and punctuality
