Base salary
Your daily role
- You will coordinate and supervise a year-round frozen packaging operation, ensuring the packaging of safe, quality products within established cost standards and service levels.
- Responsible for the structuring, coordination, and implementation of the facility sanitation efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, sanitary maintenance of all repack machinery, structures and support equipment within the standards established by all company, state, and federal regulatory guidelines.
- Motivates, Coaches, and Mentors all team members.
- Participates in the facility safety program to direct and implement safety policies and programs to achieve established goals and provide a safe, efficient environment for all employees.
- Participates in the quality systems program to direct and implement quality system policies and programs to achieve the production of safe, quality products.
- Participates in the facility cost saving measures to accomplish the short and long-range goals of the facility.
Your profile
- supervisory/management experience, preferred, but not required
- Associate Degree in Food Science or Technology or related fields with additional course work in Supervision and Management recommended, but not required
- Computer Literate in Microsoft Office, Google, Facility Inventory System.
- Excellent Organizational and communication skills
