Your Daily Role:

• Own and Optimize Daily Production Schedules, Balancing line capacities, efficiency, and inventory availabilty to maximize throughput and meet service goals.
• Make Critical Scheduling and inventory Decisions to Align Production With Customer requires and Nortera’s Financial Objectives.
• Communicate and collaborate across multiple functions, include planning, replenishment, customer service, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor and resolve Material and Supply Constraints, Proactively Adjusting Production Plans and Coordinating With Sales and Customer Service On Order Timelines.
• Take up the Plant in Supply Chain Meetings, Provide Operational Insights, and Other Plant-Level Tasks Such as Coordinating Deliverries, Resolving Inventory Discrepancies, and Purchasing Packaging Materials.

Your Profile:

• Profitant in Microsoft Excel and Comfortable Working in the Google Platform.
• Strong communication, collaboration, decision-making, and analytical
• 3–5 Years of Experience in Supply Chain Or Food Industry Manufacturing Preferred.
• College degree or Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience.

• Hours are 7:30 am -4: 30pm Monday - Friday

Pay Range $ 55,000 to $ 70,000 annually
