Base salary

$85,000/Year - $105,000/Year (USD)

Your daily role

THE ROLE:

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Lead cross-functional initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality across the organization.
  • Analyze & Optimize: Use data-driven insights to evaluate processes, implement improvements, and set KPI standards to boost performance and productivity.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Facilitate workshops, training, and coaching to build a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Leverage Business Intelligence Tools: Design data models and develop ETL processes to implement BI solutions that support smarter, faster decision-making.

Your profile

PROFILE:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years in food manufacturing, packaging, or processing with a strong background in process improvement initiatives.
  • Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Process Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
  • Strong Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, downtime tracking, IBM Cognos, Python, Pandas, SQL, and data visualization/ETL tools.
  • Leadership & Adaptability: Excellent communication skills, ability to lead change, work under urgency, and thrive in dynamic environments with varied physical and environmental demands.
