Your daily role

Creates daily production schedules to meet customer needs and drive operational efficiencies.  
Actively resolves line conflicts and makes decisions to produce the products that are in the best financial interests of Bonduelle.
Communicates essential information from/to many functional areas .... including Planning, Replenishment, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Operations

  • Develops daily production schedules based on line capacities, efficiencies, and stock availability.
  • Makes value judgements between scheduling optimal runs vs suboptimal runs that cover immediate customer orders.
  • Monitors finished good inventory levels and plans production accordingly, to ensure Days of Supply coverage stays within Min/Max
  • Reviews component inventory to ensure all materials will be on hand to support the production schedule.
  • Helps to maintain facility BOM’s (bill of materials) which includes special coding instructions and other production requirements.
  • Coordinates inbound deliveries of components.
  • Fields customer service and sales inquiries on production dates 
  • Communicates material and supply shortage as they affect production and/or customer orders
  • Investigates and helps to correct inventory discrepancies.
  • Act as lead representative of their plant on supply chain calls
  • Assist with other areas of responsibility, as needed at the plant level

Your profile

  • College Degree or Equivalent
  • 1-2 years preferred in supply chain, food industry manufacturing
  • Microsoft Excel skill is a must. Google platform.
  • Communication, collaboration, decision making, analytical ability
  • Bilingualism
