Your daily role

Under the supervision of the director of Commercialization and as project manager, you actively participate in the strategic development of Nortera.

You will pilot the introduction of new products on the market, by conducting the concept projects to marketing, by bringing together and mobilizing the various stakeholders (sales, R&D, marketing, operations and supply chain). 

You will have to make sure that all the steps necessary for the introduction of products are carried out, including the development of the packaging, within the requested deadlines.

 

The role:

  • Acting as an internal trading partner to meet the needs of customers concerning the launch of products requiring development (certifications, tests, FPR requirements, etc.);
  • Work with R&D to create recipes and articles if necessary;
  • Prepare a schedule of projects and follow the critical dates;
  • Work on packaging overhangs to ensure a successful product launch;
  • Manage all the requirements to put new products on the market within quick time;
  • Work on various projects related to poly suppliers, product certifiers, and participate in the improvement of our internal processes;
  • Participate in the optimization of the product portfolio (assortment deviations, life cycle analysis, launches/delélists);
  • Develop knowledge of the categories.

Your profile

  • minimum 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Baccalaureate in Commerce/Administration (any combination of studies/experiences can be taken into account);
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
  • French and English mastered (spoken and written, in order to collaborate with speakers across North America);
  • Ability to work under pressure and commitment to support and serve customers;
  • Proactivity, autonomy, spirit of initiative and perseverance;
  • Good knowledge of the legislation concerning labeling in Canada, the United States and internationally (an asset).
