Base salary

$23/Hour - $29/Hour (USD)

Your daily role

You'll invest the majority of your time in these key areas:  

  • Inventory and Systems Management: Oversees the EAM inventory system, including entering and reviewing parts data, managing obsolete items, and optimizing stock levels. Works with Coupa Software for purchasing and assists other plants with system-related issues.
  • Purchasing and Receiving: Processes facility purchase orders, sources parts and supplies, ensures cost efficiency, manages receivables, and coordinates the return of goods as necessary.
  • Safety, Compliance, and Reporting: Maintains compliance with SQF 2000 code, safety standards, and GMPs. Prepares inventory reports, manages hazard communication labeling, and supports food safety and quality practices.

Your profile

PROFILE:

  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, effective oral and written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and the ability to manage daily work schedules and documentation independently.
  • Physical and Environmental Requirements: Capable of handling medium work intensity, including frequent lifting (up to 20 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs), pushing/pulling, bending, and standing, while tolerating noisy, dusty, and extreme temperature conditions.
  • Technical Expertise: Experienced in inventory control and adept at managing physical and digital inventory-related tasks efficiently.
  • Education and Adaptability: Holds a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrates flexibility to work in challenging environments with reasonable accommodations if needed.
