THE ROLE:

• Ensure the conformity and quality of finished products in line with established specifications;
• Perform verification of daily production forms;
• Prepare and send customer samples and certificates of analysis (COA);
• Perform internal audit inspections;

• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects;

• Participate in updating quality systems;

• Ensure that good food manufacturing practices are respected;

• Monitor incidents and non-conformities and propose corrective actions;

• Support and ensure training for the tasks of quality control employees.

PROFILE:

• College training in food process and quality technology, dietetics or equivalent;
• Knowledge of food quality and safety systems;
• Knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets software, computer skills;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
