Your daily role

The development agent participates in development tests in the laboratory/pilot plant and may be involved in the industrialization of products or processes.



  • Develop new products by developing recipes as well as new manufacturing methods;
  • Carry out detailed analysis and in-depth evaluation of products (internal or competitive products);
  • Prepare shipments of samples for external analyzes or customer presentations;
  • Participate in the industrialization of prototypes;
  • Ensure follow-up to confirm the lifespan of products;
  • Establish Preparation/Cooking Instructions;
  • Write specifications for new products;
  • Participate in technological/product monitoring;
  • Monitor first productions;
  • Carry out tests to characterize ingredients or processes;
  • Improve the internal procedures of the R&D department.


Your profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the R&D or Quality field;
  • College diploma in food process and quality technology (ITA, Dietetics);
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes;
  • Knowledge of food chemistry;
  • Autonomy, versatility;
  • Ability to process several files at once in sometimes short deadlines;
  • Proficiency in basic IT tools (Office, Google Apps, etc.);
  • Mastery of French, English an asset.
