Your daily role:

Monitor vegetable fields by scouting for weeds, insects, and disease while supporting crop health and quality.

Assist with field assessments, pre-harvest sampling, and data collection using agricultural systems.

Support planting, harvesting, seed delivery, and transporting parts or supplies to field teams.

Follow food safety, GMP, and safety standards while collaborating with the Agriculture team throughout the growing season (April–September).
Your profile:

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team; basic computer skills (Excel/Google) preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and ability to travel, work weekends, and extended hours during the growing season.

Agriculture or crop production experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Comfortable working in outdoor field environments with moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to varying weather and field conditions.
