Your daily role

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Service and Distribution, your mission will be to support the sales force in their daily activities with customers.

 

THE ROLE:

  • Receive and process orders from Canadian customers;
  • Collaborate with warehouses, production and logistics to ensure order delivery, compliance and confirmation for invoicing;
  • Ensure daily invoicing by verifying the accuracy and compliance of all shipped orders;
  • Contact customers in the event of late order pickup and escalate recurring cases to sales representatives;
  • Maintain and keep up to date all price lists, including promotions, freight configurations and specific customer requirements;
  • Actively participate in the development and optimization of internal processes, in collaboration with the Customer Service Supervisor, to improve service efficiency;
  • Contribute to the integration and training of new customer service agents;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for complex customer service questions;
  • Provide support to colleagues on specific files, such as transitions, inventory management, invoicing and credits;
  • Process complaint files rigorously and regularly while respecting deadlines;
  • Provide deduction agents with the documents necessary to analyze deductions (POD, BOL, etc.);
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service or consumer service environment;
  • Experience in customer service and/or administration;
  • Knowledge of the Office suite and Google;
  • Autonomy, resourcefulness and curiosity;
  • Team spirit;
  • Customer and solution oriented attitude;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (communication with clients across Canada).
