Your daily role

In addition to the manager, customer service and distribution, your mission will be to support the sales force in their daily activities with customers.

 

 

The role:

  • Receive and process orders for American and Canadian customers;
  • Collaborate with warehouses, production and logistics to guarantee the delivery of orders, compliance and confirmation for invoicing;
  • Ensure daily billing by checking the accuracy and conformity of all commands shipped;
  • Perform reminders with customers in the event of delay in ordering orders and climb the recurring cases to sales representatives;
  • Maintain and keep all price lists up to date, including promotions, freight configurations and specific customer requirements;
  • Actively participate in the development and optimization of internal processes, in collaboration with the customer service supervisor, to improve the efficiency of the service;
  • Contribute to the integration and training of new customer service agents;
  • Serve as a main contact point for complex questions related to customer service;
  • provide support to colleagues on specific files, such as transitions, inventory management, invoices and credits;
  • Rigorously and regularly deal with complaint files respecting the deadlines;
  • Provide deduction agents the documents necessary for the analysis of deductions (pod, bowl, etc.);
  • Perform data inputs as well as other administrative tasks as needed.

 

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service environment;
  • Knowledge of the Office and Google suite;
  • Autonomy, resourcefulness and curiosity;
  • Team spirit;
  • Customer -oriented attitude and solutions;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (communication with customers across North America).
