Reporting to the Senior Sales Director-Food Service Canada, your main responsibilities will be to ensure that all administrative, analytical and support functions of the team operate effectively in order to meet Nortera's strategic team and corporate objectives.

As a senior analyst and key member of the sales team, you will work closely with other team members.

THE ROLE:

  • Carry out follow-ups and data entry (discounts/price list) on customer platforms;
  • Manage customer pricing and keep price lists up to date (communication with the finance department);
  • Act as a “bid-captain” and be on the lookout for online calls for tenders;
  • Collaborate with account managers in the preparation of government calls for tenders;
  • Analyze the effectiveness of discounts in government calls for tenders;
  • Make recommendations and have a strong results orientation when responding to calls for tenders;
  • Validate the execution and analyze the effectiveness of discounts in major accounts, calls for tenders, etc.;
  • Manage reconciliation of deductions and work to resolve discrepancies;
  • If necessary, attend customer and/or financial meetings with account managers to provide support.

PROFILE:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • University or college diploma;
  • French/English bilingualism (customers across North America);
  • Excellent IT, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Great attention to detail and rigor;
  • Strong command of the Google suite, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to liaise with clients and internal partners;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Ability to anticipate and initiate.
