Pay Range: $20.90 to $23 USD

THE ROLE:

•  Record and verify all finished product cases by customer, commodity, quantity, and case size for each shift.
• Program automatic palletizers and troubleshoot minor issues while following proper Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Communicate with Group Leaders, M-Room personnel, and line operators regarding production runs and line status.
• Maintain accurate production records, document discrepancies, and help ensure the highest quality finished product.
• Follow GMPs, food safety and SQF requirements, maintain good housekeeping, and immediately report any safety, quality, or food safety concerns.

YOUR PROFILE: 

• Basic computer literacy and ability to accurately enter and maintain production information.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with production teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and stay focused in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods, frequently walk/reach, and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.; comfortable bending, pushing/pulling, climbing, and working around machinery.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of repackaging experience preferred. Must be able to read and understand English and follow safety, GMP, and food safety procedures.
• Ability to work 6:00 PM TO 6:00 AM, including weekends
