Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager and as a Total Rewards Specialist, your mission will be to support the total compensation team in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of total compensation processes and programs.

THE ROLE:

Benefits and wellness (50%):

  • Administer the various social benefits programs (group insurance, retirement, PAE, telemedicine, health checkup, etc.) for Canada;
  • Support the bi-annual group insurance re-enrollment campaign;
  • Manage communications and sporting challenges related to well-being;
  • Liaise with third-party service partners and act as a point of contact for human resources and managers on issues related to benefits and wellness.

Remuneration (30%):

Support the Global Remuneration team in:

  • Management of bonus programs in link with performance and objective evaluations;
  • Managing the annual salary review process;
  • Job evaluation, documentation and updating tools;
  • Prepare data and participate in relevant salary surveys, and conduct data analyses (Canada and US);
  • Act as a resource person to human resources and managers on issues related to compensation programs;
  • Prepare different analyses allowing the team to make decisions.

Project management (20%):

Collaborate on various projects and initiatives of the Global Rewards team, such as:

  • The establishment of a new insurer;
  • Improving compensation processes and programs;
  • The communication and education of these programs.

PROFILE:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits;
  • University diploma (bachelor's or master's degree) in administration, human resources or any other field related to the position;
  • Excellent command of the Office Suite (advanced level in Excel), HRIS, Google Suite;
  • Great capacity for analysis and synthesis;
  • Relational ease;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, autonomy;
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, by being rigorous;
  • Project management skills;
  • Perfectly bilingual both orally and in writing (programs across North America).
