Reporting to the production foreman, the incumbent will be responsible for the proper functioning of the cooking equipment on the evening shift at our Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu factory.

YOUR DAILY ROLE:

• Monitor and control the progress of the cooking and cooling stages of the products;
• Complete a cooking log;
• Document particular situations that occurred during sterilization (e.g. deviations) and any other anomalies;
• Ensure the correct dosage of chemicals in the cooling water;
• Make sure you have the right recipes and ingredients corresponding to each product;
• Weigh the ingredients according to the recipes; Mix ingredients according to established recipes and procedures;
• Write reports and ingredient tracking forms to ensure traceability;
• Return inventory ingredients via the computerized system;
• Take samples for quality control;

YOUR PROFILE:

• No education and experience required;
• Ability to remain standing for a long time;
• Ability to work with computers or automatons;
