Pay Range: $65,000.00 to $78,000.00 USD

Your daily role: 

• Supervises employees during harvest and off season on all shifts
• Create and manage PM Programs for all agriculture equipment
• Coordinates product flow to the plant to meet production needs
• Assist in all field applications from planting to harvest

• Assist with budget planning and cost control

Your profile:

• Demonstrated ability to work and understand technical labels for crop protection products
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; ability to travel from one field to another
• Minimum of 3 years experience of related agriculture experience or a combination of experience and education 
• Bachelor’s degree in agricultural industry or other related industry preferred
