Under the responsibility of the agricultural director, the crop supervisor will be responsible for supervising sowing and harvesting. You will work closely with farmers and factory managers.

THE DAILY ROLE:

• Ensure the smooth running of activities and compliance with contracts signed with agricultural producers
• Offering agronomic expertise to our agricultural partners
• Promote agricultural practices favoring the preservation of soil, biodiversity and natural resources in order to optimize sustainable development
• Carry out various field monitoring such as soil sampling, seeding quality assessment, etc. 

PROFILE:

• University training (agronomy, environment, ecology) or college training in agriculture
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrates autonomy and rigor
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Member of the Order of Agronomists of Quebec is an asset
