Base salary

$24/Hour - $28/Hour (USD)

Your daily role

You'll invest the majority of your time in these key areas:  

  • Inventory Management & Production Support: Oversee poly label and corrugated inventory for the production department, ensuring adequate stock for production runs, maintaining storage areas, and addressing shortages. Manage and weigh returned labels and ensure proper documentation and storage.
  • Leadership & Training: Train, motivate, and lead associates within company policies and procedures, enforcing safety and work rules. Foster a positive work environment and instill a strong commitment to health, safety, and food quality standards.
  • Operations & Compliance: Coordinate with suppliers to secure materials, maintain records of usage, and ensure compliance with housekeeping, sanitation, and food safety standards. Uphold and enforce company policies related to occupational and food safety.

Your profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a poly and corrugated packaging environment, and prior forklift operator experience 
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 
  • Proficient in operating a forklift and knowledgeable in MXP and Bluebee systems. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Capable of frequent lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs., occasional lifting over 100 lbs., and performing tasks requiring standing, bending, squatting, and dexterity. Must meet specific vision requirements, including color vision and depth perception.
  • Able to maintain a safe and clean workspace in challenging conditions, including exposure to dust, wet areas, chemicals, and extreme or seasonal temperatures.
