Base salary
Your daily role
You'll invest the majority of your time in these key areas:
- Directly responsible for all facets of the frozen warehouse operations on the third shift
- Responsible to train, motivate, and coach associates
- Communicates company policies and procedures to distribution associates.
- Ensures work and safety rules are followed by all associates.
- Perform all functions of a forklift operator.
Your profile
- A minimum of One year of lead experience in a warehouse
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge of the components of loading and unloading tractor-trailer containers
- Knowledge of warehousing, pallet scanning, hi-reach racking systems, and general forklift operations.
- Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office, Facility Inventory System, Google.
- Must have good attention to detail and accuracy
- Candidates must possess excellent organizational and communication skills as well as computer literacy.
