You'll invest the majority of your time in:  

• Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient distribution, strong customer service, and achievement of operational goals.

• Supervise, coach, and train team members while supporting onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning.

• Promote and enforce warehouse safety, food safety, and waste reduction programs while maintaining compliance.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, investigations, and monitoring warehouse processes.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, coordinating staffing and scheduling, and ensuring clear shift communication and reporting.

Your profile:

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and work effectively with a diverse team.

• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, including WMS/TMS systems, Google and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and food safety standards, including hazard recognition and regulatory compliance.

• Innovative, resourceful problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to lead change and resolve conflict.

• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience with the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, in a fast-paced freezer environment; post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.

Pay range: $74,000 to $85,000
