You'll invest the majority of your time in:
Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient distribution, strong customer service, and achievement of operational goals.
Supervise, coach, and train team members while supporting onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning.
Promote and enforce warehouse safety, food safety, and waste reduction programs while maintaining compliance.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, investigations, and monitoring warehouse processes.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, coordinating staffing and scheduling, and ensuring clear shift communication and reporting.
Your profile:
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and work effectively with a diverse team.
Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, including WMS/TMS systems, Google and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated commitment to safety and food safety standards, including hazard recognition and regulatory compliance.
Innovative, resourceful problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to lead change and resolve conflict.
3+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience with the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, in a fast-paced freezer environment; post-secondary education or equivalent experience preferred.
Pay range: $74,000 to $85,000
