Status: Permanent position

Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 a.m. (3 x 12 hours)

Salary: $29.95 / hour + $1.50 night bonus

Reporting to the maintenance foreman, the incumbent will be responsible for carrying out preventive and curative maintenance of equipment in the production and labeling department.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Disassemble, clean, inspect, repair and assemble mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment on production lines;
• Responsible for maintaining production equipment during breakdowns and adjustments of electrical or mechanical parts or packaging;
• Participate in improving existing equipment;
• Perform arc, tig and torch welding;
• Participate in improving machine safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

• DEP in industrial mechanics, DEP in electromechanics
• 3 years of relevant experience in general maintenance (or deemed equivalent);
• Good physical strength;
• Experience in welding (argon, tig and plasma);
