Ton rôle au quotidien
Safety
- Help to produce the highest quality of finished product
- Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety
- Report any food safety, health & safety, quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.
Quality
- Ensure that proper and legible records of the production logs are maintained
- Ensure good housekeeping is maintained
- Facilitate bottom up communication to bring attention to management any ideas or equipment modifications which will help lower production costs
- Contribute to the implementation of the daily and weekly production schedule for the line he/she is responsible for
- Ensure production schedule is followed and create proper logs if any modifications is needed
- Be conscious of quality issues to ensure the highest level of finished product
Production
- Operate production line and support equipment
- Perform line set ups and changeovers as needed
- Leads and guides production associates working on production line
- Follows production plan while minimizing the risk of down time, wasted product, and supplies
- Responsible for safety and food safety of production line
- Complete line inspections and applicable related paperwork
- Responsible for process and quality procedures for the line he/she operates
- Work with supervisor to achieve daily productivity and recovery goals
