As Senior Director, Retail Sales (Canada), you provide leadership to the sales team, cultivate productive and lasting relationships with retail partners retail and identify/develop new sales opportunities in the retail and private label segments.
You collaborate with the commercial management/vice-president of retail sales to develop the vision and sales strategy for the Canadian retail network.
You are the primary contact for Nortera's retail broker(s) providing guidance and support in their efforts.
This role will also require establishing and maintaining strong relationships with all internal stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, align priorities and achieve results against Nortera's objectives.
